The village of Somerby lies in the North Eastern corner of Leicestershire, between Melton Mowbray (famous for Pork Pies and Stilton Cheese) and Oakham (County Town of Rutland). Its a village in the true sense of the word and surrounded by beautiful countryside.

The Stilton Cheese Inn is on the main road through the village (High Street). We have an excellent reputation for food and drink, offering a wide choice of traditional and unusual dishes, with three regular real ales and two guest beers. Reasonably priced wines and a choice of 25+ malt whiskies are available, along with everything else you would expect to find in a good village pub.
